Market capabilities

Construction planned around learning and campus life.

Schools need practical spaces and predictable coordination. From athletic facilities to renovations, ICGM organizes construction around campus access, stakeholder decisions and the dates that matter to the school community.

  1. Ground-up academic and athletic facilities

  2. Campus logistics and community awareness

  3. Milestone scheduling and procurement

  4. Quality verification and inspections

  5. Owner training and complete turnover

Our approach

A coordinated path from campus planning to opening.

Defined responsibilities and clear checkpoints connect the early plan to the work in the field.

  1. Understand the campus

Review the facility's intended use, school calendar and stakeholder priorities. Identify access routes, occupied areas and the interfaces between construction and daily campus activity.

  2. Plan the milestones

Align design information, budgeting and procurement with the required turnover sequence. Identify long-lead items and decisions affecting classrooms, athletic spaces or support areas.

  3. Coordinate the work zones

Plan trade activity, deliveries and temporary protection around agreed campus requirements. Communicate upcoming work and coordinate service interruptions with school representatives.

  4. Prepare the facility for use

Coordinate inspections, punch work, operating documents and owner training. Make remaining responsibilities clear so the school can organize its transition into the completed space.
