Mechanical & HVAC interfaces

Coordinate equipment access, repair and replacement scopes, associated piping or ductwork interfaces, and planned service interruptions with the facility team and qualified specialist trades. Define the required checks and handover information for each work package.

Building repairs & refreshes

Organize defined interior and exterior repairs, ceilings, partitions, finishes and related construction work. Plan protection, access and phasing around the property’s use, and document completion so the owner has a clear record of what was addressed.

Our approach

Assess. Plan. Coordinate. Verify.

A maintenance work plan should make the problem, the authorized scope and the effect on operations clear before work begins.

  1. Assess and prioritize

Walk the affected areas with the owner, review available service information and document the reported condition. Separate immediate operating concerns from planned repairs, and identify where a specialist investigation is needed before defining the work.

  2. Agree the work scope

Clarify repair or replacement options, access requirements, equipment and material needs, and the proposed sequence. Confirm responsibilities, budget authorization and how completed work will be checked before issuing the work plan.

  3. Coordinate around operations

Plan service interruptions, isolation requirements, access, temporary protection and trade interfaces with the facility team. Mechanical and HVAC tasks are scoped with appropriately licensed trade partners where required; work proceeds within the agreed authorization.

  4. Verify and document

Review completed repairs and coordinate the functional checks or specialist testing required by the scope. Record outstanding items, relevant equipment information, warranties and follow-up recommendations for the owner's facility records.
