Project perspective
ICGM’s scope began with removal of the existing one-story restroom building, foundations, selected flatwork, paving, and associated site elements. The work required controlled demolition and debris disposal, protection of mature trees and adjacent park features, utility coordination, erosion controls, and careful management of equipment access. The completed replacement facility integrates civil, structural, architectural, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems—including radiant heating and sidewall exhaust—with accessible approaches and a durable material palette suited to long-term public use.
